Black Chili Pepper with Seven Spices.
Made by a store established in 1703, the founder of the company was an herbalist. Over time the shop began to produce spices and teas, keeping the tradition of herbal medicines in mind. Today all of their products are made by hand and contain no chemicals or preservatives. This blend is considered to be good for the health and digestion. It contains: white sesame, black sesame, sansho (Japanese pepper), kashinomi (Japanese poppy seed), asanomi (hemp seed), blue seaweed and red pepper. It is very spicy so only a little is needed. It is good on top of rice, udon and soba noodles and with fried foods.
