My mother had these in her kitchen, now they are in mine, however, they are no longer sold in the US…not certain why as they are J.A.Henckels number one scissor in Germany. Strange no? I thought so too. Made by the 275-year-old firm best known for their high quality knives, a multi-purpose shear, the scissor can be used for cutting as well as bottle and lid opening and difficult twist-offs. Their special blend of chromium and carbon makes this one of the best stainless steels on the market. If my mother’s scissors are any proof, they will last a lifetime! HI! Please note the handles are for the next few months white, just as pretty and we felt nice to have a color pause...
