Cotton with Pressed Paper Buttons

Vintage but never been used. The buttons on the side are for keeping on the baby’s leggings. The cotton is unrefined and appears to be quite natural. I would wash it in cold water. It’s a sweet traditional detail to add to baby’s attire.
