We like our first MINI-EXHIBITION by the design group
RICH, BRILLIANT, WILLING so much we have decided to keep it on view until MAY 31ST. What a great way to end the month. OPEN TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 1PM - 7PM. The group will be on-hand for some of the time to chat. We have also asked them to make a product to sell at the show and it is really good - individually gathered candles to give instead of flowers. 10" x 4 1/2" at top Hong Kong A brush typically used for Chinese Brush Painting. From what I understand, brush painting is similar to calligraphy. Nothing is pre-drawn, the artist goes with the flow and creates the piece in one moment. It is considered that the thoughts and knowledge of the artist are more readily tapped into and added to the work when there is less preconception. I am not a painter so I have no direct reason to use this brush, it is one of those artifacts to add to the world archive we have going on over here. Do you have a huge archive of something?
