This year our annual sale is happening together with AREAWARE and at the same time as Mini-Exhibition #3 by BROKEN PLATE COOKIES. Friday September 12th thru Sunday September 14th from 1 - 7 pm. Cookies are only on the weekend, it's a real rummage sale.

8" long Mexico City, MEXICO THIS IS AN ONGOING ITEM! The people we were staying with in Mexico City swore by this. They told me: "Better than the French whisk and better than the Swedish whisk!". I feel all three are good for different reasons. The French whisk is great for blending, so if I am needing to whisk a number of different types and sizes of ingredients together I use it, the Swedish whisk is good for medium weight, smooth batters (cake,waffle, etc) and the Mexican whisk is perfect or frothing hot milk or chocolate. I take a medium sized glass or container, fill it half way and then rather then working in a circular motion I churn the liquid with the whisk. It makes great foam!
