Permanent Food is "a cannibal magazine" created and produced by Maurizio Cattelan and Paola Manfrin. Made of stolen images from other magazines, the images are torn, ripped out, modified and then reassembled. In Permanent Food, Cattelan challenges the audience to "consider the way one absorbs and contextualizes the constant stream of images in one’s daily life." Permanent Food later extended into Cattelan's magazine TOILETPAPER.
