Mathematical equations have always fascinate me, I am drawn to their visual, I love hearing them read aloud. There is something so comfortable being in the numbers, protected in a world of geometrics and squares. I leave my looping thoughts behind and I think in linear. I like to imagine a day in my life when everything would run in a straight line, from point to point to point, with no never-ending loops and loops. Would life be more comfortable that way?

This work of lines can either be rest on a surface or hang freely on the wall. As I see it, lying down, the thoughts are working their way out of the maze of my mind, around and around, taking form, colors indicate the ideas along the way. The question here is, is the loop at the beginning of the maze or the end? Does all that square thought lead to another loop? Are you following this? Hanging freely makes sense too, representing, clear linear thoughts dancing lightly in the ether. I'm wondering if the best scenario is hanging, against or just away from the surface of a wall. To me, that feels like a good balance.
