What is rock? For some people it's a multi-colored, multi-flavored, very chalky, flavored candy stick. There is a rock in the center of Edinburgh called Castle Rock which the castle of Edinburgh sits on top. Edinburgh rock was first made in the 19th century by a man named Alexander Ferguson, who became known as 'Sweetie Sandy'. Rumor has it he discovered rock when tasting some quite old leftover candy. It is a bit of a petrified stick, not the usual delightful candy experience but still a valid experience. Flavors include: 2 x Raspberry (Pink), 1x Ginger (brown), 1 x Orange (Orange), 1x Lemon (yellow) and 1 x Vanilla (white)
